CursorXP incompatible with the Sims2

Hello anyone reading this. Is there any news on fixing the incompatibility of CursorXP with the Sims 2 (from Maxis/EA Games)? I ordered a bunch of stuff from family and friends as my b-day is coming, and was going to get CursorXP Plus. But i have recently found out that it is incompatible (as in certain features are not working) with it loaded... Sure i could load/unload depending on my gaming, but i'm a lazy gal!
If there isn't, it's okay. i'll keep using the free version and only rarely load... or make a theme...

Could it be that your game supplies its own cursors? I know that with games I play they use different cursors. It doesn't mean CursorXP is incompatable.

ohhhhh! so that's it! (it does....) I used the words incompatible, because when installing it already, the cursor would just not show up atop the install window in question. Then in the game the cheating window didn't work! And being a lousy player i always need a "cheat" escape available...
Well, it's hardly major issue so thanks for the explanation.
Right now i just unload it before playing my games because it seems it doesn't "really feel" like i've got a whole theme going unless i also have the cursors!
I'm still beyond happy that (i'm nearly crying with joy because for my b-day present i just had my object desktop account renewed by a family member!
and now i'm just waiting to get - at some point - a wincustomize account, an object dock subcription, and a few premium themes - xp toon, and natural desktop -. ah!) I'd apply to the contest for the wincustomize subscription but i really suck at any theme creation!
So i'd rather leave the real doers to do it!

If you do a lot of gaming the best way to avoid any incompatibility issues with any of the Object Desktop apps is to set up an user account with no customization just for playing your games.

No problem Miss iseekserendipity
I play several games on my pc and I never have any problems with my ObjectDesktop apps.
